THE GREY COLLAR is a mockumentary film that follows the owner of a dangerous music venue in a culturally dystopian future.  The film was written, edited and directed by Will Howard, Produced by Robert Newman and Cinematography by Owen Thompson. The film stars Ian Howard and the voice of Ellis Riker Halford and contains music by Stan Sylvester-Jeyes and Josh Burns.
